When we open a shop for you we keep your name, email address and phone number, your dashboard login details, and your invoice and payment records. We use them to run your shop, to contact you about it and to invoice you.

When a customer orders from your shop we keep what they enter: their name, phone number, delivery address, and email address if they give one. This data belongs to you as the shop owner, and we process it on your behalf and only to run your shop.

If you send a shop request from our website, we keep what you write in the form so we can contact you. We use only necessary cookies: to remember your language, to keep you signed in, and to keep a shopping cart in the shops.

• Contabo: the hosting provider our servers run on.
• Cloudflare, to speed up and protect the site, and to store images.
• Brevo, to send email.
• Anthropic, to power the AI assistant when you use it.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.

When you use the AI assistant on our website or in a shop, your messages are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, the maker of Claude) to produce the replies. We keep the content of a conversation for 30 days and then delete it, keeping only the number of messages and their cost. In a shop whose plan includes conversation history, the shop owner may be able to read conversations with their shop's assistant during that time. Don't share passwords or payment details in the chat — we never ask for them there.

We keep your shop's data while your subscription runs. After it ends the data stays stored until you ask us to delete it, so if you come back your shop is as you left it.

You have the right to see your data, to correct it, and to ask for a copy of it or for it to be deleted. Message us on WhatsApp at ⁦+962792803396⁩. We work to comply with Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law.
