We provide you with an online shop at a subdomain of matajerjo.com and a dashboard to run it, according to the plan you subscribe to. Each plan's details and limits are published on the pricing page. We take no commission on your sales.

The subscription is paid monthly or yearly in advance, according to the invoice we send you. If payment is late we allow a grace period stated on the invoice, after which your shop may stop taking customers until the amount is settled.

Your products, content, order data and customer data remain yours, and you can export them at any time. We process your customers' data on your behalf and only to run your shop. Details are on the Your data page and in the privacy policy.

• To sell products that may lawfully be sold in Jordan, with accurate descriptions and prices.
• To deliver the orders you accept, and to handle returns and exchanges according to the policy published in your shop.
• To comply with the laws that apply to your business, including tax and consumer protection.
• To keep your password and your staff accounts secure.

Cash on delivery and ordering on WhatsApp are available on every plan. Online payment, when enabled, goes through your own merchant account with the payment gateway, and your customers' money never passes through us.

We work to keep your shop available around the clock, but we do not guarantee the service will never be interrupted: maintenance and faults outside our control can happen.

You can end your subscription at any time, and your shop keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend a shop that breaches these terms or the law, notifying you first where possible.

We may change these terms, and will tell you about any material change before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The AI assistant gives general help based on what is published on the website or in the shop, and it can make mistakes. What counts is the plan pages, the shop's own pages and your order confirmation. The assistant does not change orders, prices or anything else on a shopper's behalf, and it does not promise discounts or refunds.
