Your data is yours
What you build in your shop stays yours. Here is exactly what that means, and what it does not.
What you own
Your products, their descriptions and prices, your orders, your customer list, the pages you write and the images you upload. We use them to run your shop and for nothing else.
Exporting your data
On every plan, you can download CSV files of your products, orders and customers from the dashboard, whenever you like, without asking us. Amounts are written in dinars to three decimal places, exactly as they are in your shop, and the files open in Excel and Google Sheets.
Exporting all your images at once is not available yet.
Your shop's address
On every plan your shop runs at a MatajerJo subdomain, such as yourshop.matajerjo.com.
From the Pro plan you can use your own domain, such as yourshop.jo, and we connect it for you. You register the domain in your own name, it stays yours, and you can take it anywhere.
If you decide to leave
Export your data whenever you like, before or after your subscription ends. Once it ends your shop stops taking customers but your data is kept, so if you come back your shop is as you left it. If you want it deleted for good, ask us.
Your customers' money
When online payment is enabled, your shop is connected to your own account with the payment gateway, so payments go straight to you. Your customers' money never passes through us, and we take no commission on your sales.
