Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. You pay a monthly or yearly subscription and nothing else, and all your sales are yours.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up the shop is included in the subscription.
How do my customers pay?
Cash on delivery and ordering on WhatsApp are on every plan. Online card payment is not available yet.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Pro plan, and we connect it for you. On every plan your shop runs at an address like yourshop.matajerjo.com.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. Export your products, orders and customers as CSV files on every plan, whenever you like.
Can I change my shop's design later?
Yes. From the Plus plan you choose for yourself among the designs in your plan and preview them on your own products before publishing. On the Basic plan we choose the design with you during setup, and change it for you when you ask, for 5.000 JD per change.
